We gathered for our regular coffee morning this week and it doubled as a goodbye to member and English Conversation Club leader, Elaine.
It was well attended, particularly by our English Conversation Club regulars.

Due to COVID-19 and the government authorized lock-down in Almaty, the club members have been social distancing per the lock down rules since it has been announced. While we are not able to meet physically for our weekly Coffee Mornings and run our activities face to face at the moment, the club continues to function and offer the services and support for its members and the charities.
We continue to update our members on the current COVID-19 status and developments via our Broadcast WhatsApp channel. We now offer our Coffee Mornings virtually at the regular time on Wednesday mornings – 10.30am. Please follow our social media pages if you would like to attend AIWC virtual Coffee Mornings or contact any of the Club’s Board members.
Some of our clubs activities continue to run as well in the virtual format: Charity Group, Book Club, Cooking Club and the Life Coaching group.
