Dear Members, we will continue to have our weekly coffee morning online until we feel comfortable enough, that our Members will be safe and not exposed. Please note that, Almaty is still in the Red Zone, and this period is extremely contagious due to the high number of daily infected people. It is important for us to continue our usual activities while keeping our community safe. Therefore, we have organized another zoom coffee morning for tomorrow at 10:30 a.m, with an interesting consultant on Functional Medicine. She is so talented and skilled. She is the author of the best selling book on nutrition( in Russian) creator of a body detox and generation program. Hope you will be able to join us and benefit from her expertise.
