Ski Club Thursdays

Yes ladies and gentlemen, never forget we ❤️ both a good pun as well as some outdoor sports at AIWC!

Thursday mornings during the ski season are ski mornings, thanks to all round legend and ski club leader Tarryn who organises a brilliant day at Oi-Qaragai Mountain Resort. A wonderful team of instructors provides lessons in both English and Russian and naturally we enjoy a hearty lunch afterwards at the superb Aport Restaurant.

My chicken shashlik was literally inhaled, it was so tasty.

10/10 recommend.

Annual Christmas Brunch

You are invited to a very festive Christmas Brunch from 11am on Sunday 4th December at the beautiful @intercontinental.almaty

The lighting of the tree will happen at 11.45 – don’t be late!

Santa Claus will arrive to meet the children!

There will be a full festive brunch and welcome drink, and activities for the kids (animators, face painters, craft).

Tickets are 20,000KZT, and there are discounted tickets for children aged 12 and under. Children aged 2 and under are FREE.

Planned on a monthly basis, we’ll visit a variety of Almaty’s finest cafes. Sort of like Wednesday Coffee Mornings. But it’s Brunch, it’s on a weekend, and you can bring along your spouse and little ones

This weekend we visited @inside_cafe_almaty (thanks very much to the team!). Well done to our brunchers who got into the Halloween spirit and costumed up!
